Historical building that is not well maintained. Right now the government is workin' to connect this station all the way through Sumatera island, somewhere in the not so near future. Much improved now, it's much more comfortable, except for the crowd. Roti O, and paid bottled drink dispenser is available.

Old style station, only provides a travel schedule from Binjai to Medan.

The building has an old style.nWaiting areas are semi outdoors.nTickets to Medan are not numbered.nBe careful of people trying to squeeze into the train to find seating.
