What is proud of the banking services is, how would you like excellent service if it is not according to SOP. Give a passbook or ATM must be two-handed, if you receive a telephone not in front of the customer. Please note that the SPV is monitored by the employees' services

I am disappointed my ATM card was swallowed but 3 days have not been finished with the reason I have sent a fax / email to my bank first time to open an account even though at cross check to my branch bank the first time I opened an account I said it could not be faxed / emailed .. the worker didn't work intention
