The spa is located within the mega mall which is very convenient! After custom formalities, just cross the overhead bridge and you will arrive at mega mall batam.nnThe exterior of the spa looked pretty decent. I opted for the two hours Balinese style massage. We were given the couples’ room. After some time, I felt very cold and requested for the air-condition to be adjusted but was told that it’s controlled centrally, thus I was freezing throughout the entire massage session. They were kind enough to cover me with extra towels but it didn’t help much.nnMassage is very average. Sometimes all these are down to luck. As we do not have a familiar masseur, they were chosen randomly at the counter. Wife was complaining about the freezing temperature as well. She commented that her massage was no good:(

Jan 22,2020 ...nI’m having horrible experience with my hair, i asked for hair spa but the manager recommended Hair botox and the hairstylist mixed different chemical and used for my hair after an hour my hair color become green instead of gray when i asked what happen they just answered me color can wash out after shampoo but still same after shampoo and they put another color again and the result became blue, pink, green it’s a multi color..like parrot!nSince it’s already 11pm the mall already closed cant do anything i went home...nI’m so shy going to my office bec of my hair, on the next day PR Manager send message on WA shes a very nice lady and ask to meet me to resolve the issue..ntold me that she will take care of me with her best hairstylist..nThey just color my hair again, put some treatment and returned my money even though they return my payment but my hair already damaged cant be back to normalud83dude2dud83dude2dud83dude2dnAlmost 1month now my hair totally damage.. hair loss continued.

Do not sign any packages. We bought package of 12. One point, the staff said i can use 4 in one go, the other said 2, now they said 3. Very unclear. In the end because of this, 8 out of 12 are unused and cannot be extended. Very disappointed.nnThe massage are not really great, just so so. I will not be back here again, they are nice only until you sign the package, after that they don’t care about you.

I absolutely love the healing stone massage. It feels so relaxing. My masseuse Puji, is very experience and she did very well in the massage. I feel at ease being under her. Thank you Eska!
