Spa Central Batam - Nagoya Hill Branch

Was here last week for 2 hours aromatherapy massage. Front desk was helpful and friendly. Quite full on that day but lobby is very comfortable and they give complimentary drink. Therapist was very polite, they introduce their-self and give a little brief before the session begin. They asked the massage level, which side want more focus or need less pressure, or which body no need to massage, maybe to make sure if there is injured body.nnRoom was comfortable and relaxing. Overall, that was a good experience. Oh yes, there is playground for kids at upstairs. So if you bring your kids, they can play there.

This is a chain massage spa place in batam and I would say the average standard for therapist here is considered the better ones.nnA little more expensive that the far away branch but for the location, it's understandable.nnNew and cosy and the staff here speaks simple english, sufficient to communicate.nnWould recommend if you want a good massage after a tiring day but please do book online as it's usually super crowded and walk ins are almost impossible.nnGreat for family!

Masseuse did not know what they were doing, they were not hitting any pressure points and she kept hammering me with her hands which hurt (not like the normal massage...) Barely spoke any english. They sniggered and laughed at us while we were doing the massage. When my girlfriend fell asleep while doing her massage, the masseuse laughed when she started snoring.. which was very rude... DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Relaxing premise. Located at strategic location near Nagoya Hill. Efficient and professional counter staffs and therapists. And by the way, they have male therapists as well. ud83dude0a

First time at Spa Central Nagoya after getting recommendations from friends and I wasn’t disappointed. From the pre-booking experience to the car service to and from the ferry terminal, everything was well arranged. My only comment was the ‘sports’ massage was too hard for my liking, it was great but I guess I had to manage my expectations. The facilities was clean and well managed.
