Queue system could’ve been better, never seen such chaos check-in anymore even with automatic gate. New terminal is clean

Place seems updated and well furbished and maintained enough. Small place and very straightforward. Moving through border control, customs and boarding proceeded apace, though when we traveled it was clearly not very busy.nnThe lady at the counter was kind enough to reprint our boarding passes we left at the resort free of charge.nnLimited dining options. Limited duty free options available as well.

Sekupang Ferry Terminal - When clearing customs, remember not to eat, drink and talk as written on sign boards. The customs officers are not that friendly and if you are caught violating the above rules, you will be sign to re queue.nnThere is a toilet just beside the queue poles.nnUpon clearing custom, there is a money exchange just before the exit gates. Travelers can do a last minute change of money.
