Went there in Nov 2019 with my extended family from 3 households. Lagoi is a small establishment near the seaport but definitely cozy and relaxing. Staff was friendly from seaport pick up, throughout the stay till send off. They especially took great consideration of my elderly parents. We booked 3 two-bedroom units - they managed to get 1unit nearest to hotel lobby for my parents and the other 2 just next door to each other. Love the layout - the private pool separates the outdoor living, dining, kitchen and the enclosed air-conditioned bedrooms with huge en-suite bathrooms! Rooms are clean and hotel serves basic complimentary breakfast sent to our units (pre ordered a day earlier). Hotel itself does not have a restaurant but you can get affordable lunch and dinner at several eateries (dine-in or takeaway) at Lagoi Plaza. It is just across the road which is easy and safe to walk over as not many vehicles pass there. There is also a public beach which is clean and not crowded at all facing Lagoi Plaza. They have open air shower areas for you to wash off the sand before heading back to hotel. We also booked a trip to Bintan centre through the hotel at very good rates and the places they recommended did not disappoint us. Overall it is an indeed memorable getaway. Thank you so much Lagoi!!

Went for a vacation with a group of 6 in the Family Bungalow, fit us comfortably with private pool. Service is great with free transport fro-to ferry terminal and free breakfast. However, location was pretty bad as surrounding area was still developing, with not much dining choices.

Very nice and cozy... Simple kitchen, nice pool and bedroom... About 20 mins away from ferry terminal...

Very nice place with friendly staff. Some challenges with language barrier. Ongoing renovation next room took one star away. Private pool was very nice but for elderly persons stairs would be nice. Breakfast also was bit light
