Billiton Hotel

We've stayed in this hotel for 2 nights on March 2020, one thing that we loved from this hotel is the location which is in the center of the city..lots of places can be reached by walking i.e. Warkop Kong Djie Coffee (the first shop), Soto Belitong Mak Janna, Kedai Kopi Ake, Mie Belitong Atep, Tanjung Pendam beach, etc. If something that can be improved / to considered by the hotel management are: 1. AC maintenance: the AC was dripping in our room, however the hotel only provided cloth to collect the droplets without any concrete improvements during our stay 2. A night shift receptionist should be given a spare money / change to anticipate guests who check out early and have a fee at the hotel. We have to wait for sometime since the receptionist have to find small change for our expenses.. Other than that the hotel is still ok to stay.

A nice clean hotel with simple rooms, and classy decor. Constructed from three buildings from different eras of Belitung mining - read the history in the folder in your room. Centrally located just off the main (only) roundabout in the main town on Tanjung Pandan. Good service, clean, and well priced. Reception can help you arrange island hopping, and other, tours. Is part of the group which owns Billiton Eco-Tent so you can visit this private resort for meals or to use the beach.

4 star hotel but my review 5 star since the staff are friendly and helpful.A bit old hotel but well maintained.nThank you.

Nice hotel to stay, near the center of Tanjung Pandan

Has a large room, good breakfast. But lil bit expensive. Not suitable for backpacker, but good option for business trip or family trip
