Hotel Santika BSD City - Serpong

Low budget hotel ... small room...but nice

The room is too small with old designs. The bathroom was dirty. All the non-premiere Santika hotels that I stayed in were always good, but this is the first time I have gotten a small room of Santika hotel. the advantages are the delicious breakfast and the friendly service

Nice place. Near to shopping mall, office building and any culinary.nGood food at hotels, good healthy protocol, spoon dan fork in plastic package, towels in plastic, mask, and other new normal protocols.

Not recommended place. The room is too small. The bathroom was dirty, the sink was broken. The card door was slightly hard to press against the lift button. The receptionist wasn't humble. There were so many things that make me so disappointed. I just don't want to go there anymore.

Small room and less features. The good things are near to Teras Kota malls so we can eat and shopping for all our needs
