Nathan was brilliant and helped us through the whole process of buying a villa off the plan in Canggu. His local knowledge of the area was amazing and he was always available to answer my many many questions. I was nervous about buying a villa but Nathan quickly assured me that all was fine and it certainly was!!

I was looking to buy a villa close to Seminyak's Eat Street area and Paula was absolutely fantastic. She showed me 3 villas close to Motel Mexicola which is where I wanted to be and they were all within my budget. I must say that after dealing with a few agents in Australia it is refreshing to find an agent ( albeit in Bali ) who has the right attitude, great communication skills and follow up. Plus she was also helpful in arranging a local notary that took care of all my legal needs.nnOverall a great experience and I would definitely use Paula and the team at Bali Realty again!!

Buying real estate in Bali must be booming.nHaving sent inquiry emails to this company, calling their offices to ask for information and being promised a call back, well, sales must be going so well that a potential buyer can be ignored ....time and time again.nAs it stands: 7 emails sent: zero replies. 3 follow-up calls to their office then finding that the agent is always out. Never get back to you.

I decided it would be appropriate to post this on Bali Realty Holiday Villa's as Villa BiBi is one of theirs, and also is owned by the same group.nnWe arrived at Villa Bibi the night of Feb 21st 2019, it was approx 10PM by the time we got to the villa from the airport, the ten of us were very tired and went directly to bed. Our excursion started at 7am so we were up around 6am getting ready to head out. When I heard screaming upstairs I thought bloody murder, until we all went upstairs to see what the commotion was. There was a half eaten rat with its guts hanging out, now you can imagine how unpleasant the sight would be. We not only have proof with pictures but we have a video as well. When telling the villa manager through Airbnb about the incident they proceeded to tell us that we should of kept the doors shut at all times and it was potentially a cat, yes we understood this clearly when we were advised at check in. ( keep all doors locked and closed ). Fast forward to the 23rd of February 2019, we were getting ready to go head out of dinner and in the room I was staying in the break went down ( washroom lights and all power in the room was blacked out ). We called the villa manager, she mentioned she would send maintenance over right away, we advised her we were late for our reservations for dinner and heading out. She advised we stuck around until maintenance got there and to ensure nothing goes missing or gets taken from our room. There were two men who showed up, one being the villa staff and cleaner who we met on day one. This was very disturbing to digest, we are not only 20+ hours away from home, but to lose the feeling of safety of our belongings was not easy to cope with. In the morning of the 24th of February 2019, we were up once again bright and early to head out to Ubud, our friends Aaron and Ameera came out of their room in a panic, saying that they were missing money from their envelope $600.00CAD worth in indo rupees. I went into their room to double check if maybe it was misplaced the monies, or left it on a open counter. They showed me their stash spot ( Luggage, a bag inside the luggage, another bag holding their personal belongings, Ameera’s clutch, and inside that clutch was their passport and monies which was in a envelope ). At this point the group then started checking their belongings, we found that our drone DJI spark was also missing. Erma then ask the a manager named Milo to come to the villa, who then showed up. He was not anywhere near helpful. He proceeded to tell us that we were looking for a free vacation, after explaining the horrors of his managed villa, Milo proceeded to blame us for the experience we were having and protected his staff by saying ( I’ve known them for years )nnThis is what the owner of the villa Nathan Ryan sent to me in a Airbnb message on March 4th 2019 ( I have to say, I have lived in Bali for 10 years, and both myself, my team and the staff, have never ever seen a Rat left in that state that you have in your pictures. I really must say he image looks staged.)nnFor future travelers, spend your money else where and find proper trust away from home and don’t get blamed for being a customer. ( Google reviews will not allow us to upload videos )
