CrossFit Seminyak

I love this box because it's open air and really close to coffe shops and Seminyak beach.

Clean and have essential equipment but way overpriced! 210k for a casual visit one would expect lots more, sorry not worth it. Wouldn't recommended.

I recently spent over a week attending Movement and gymnastic sessions at CrossFit Seminyak with Coach Corey. It was a great opportunity to take a break from the intensity of regular CrossFit sessions and try to develop some of my weaker areas of mobility, flexibility and stability. It was great to be trained by Corey as he was able to cater the sessions to my personal needs. He was knowledgeable and informative but also made the sessions extremely challenging for me. I made big improvements during the week but also learnt a lot that I can take into future training. I only wish that all coaches had the same attention to details as Corey has. I would definitely recommend taking the Movement class if there are areas that you would like to improve upon. The box itself, is a great training facility with fresh new equipment. All the staff were friendly and welcoming and I would definitely recommend visiting CrossFit Seminyak if you are in the area.

Very fortunate to have such a fantastic gym on our doorstep. Super friendly and welcoming staff. No egos and accommodating to all even if you aren’t part of the class you can go and find a little space and train. Tonnes of barbells, bumper plates, rigs and open space for training. Been a real pleasure training here.

Awesome box with great equipment and even greater coaches. I really enjoyed my time here!
