To say that I got taken is an understatement. If you have a broken iPhone, stay away from this place. He will replace before you’ve given him the ok to proceed and then charge you an arm and a leg. Parts will be very used, but he will insist that they are new. when you contact him after the phone stops working properly in ONE day, he will ignore you. The only reason why I’m giving TWO stars is that he was able to get my phone up and running long enough for me to get my data off of it.

After a couple of Apple shops in Bali failed to repair my MacBook Pro charger, my friend recommended me this shop. WhatsApp communication was super fast and my charger was repaired within one day. They charged an affordable 150k, another recommended shop in Sanur that failed to repair it was asking for double as much. Charger works fine now. So far, good experience. The guy who does the repairs speaks great English.

We went here to get local SIM cards. Super easy! They need your passport to be able to register a new SIM, but it's really straightforward. We got 9GB each for 150,000 rupiah, which is just under $AU15.nnYou just need to bring an unlocked handset with you - most AU providers will unlock old handsets for free or for a minimal charge, or else you can buy a cheap Android handset unlocked before you travel.nnThe staff member we dealt with was really helpful. She didn't just sell us the SIM cards, she also waited with us while the provider sent an SMS to set up the service to make sure it all worked.

You know when you're in an unfamiliar country, you know what you want but you're never quite sure sometimes that's what you'll get? (Maybe this is saying more about my insecurities than anything else...)nnAnyway, back to the story...nnWe bought our SIM cards here and it was so, so easy and painless.nnRidiculously cheap (150k for a 9GB SIM) and a simple transaction.nn10/10 would recommend.
