NEVER, NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!nnOur experience was terrible. Read to the end!nWe planned to climb Mount Abang and decided to stay for 4-5 hours(until 2am) at this Hotel because there is the Hot springs. The hotel owner said that they have 3 hot spring pools. He said that a double room costs 400 idr, but he will give us a discount and the room will cost 300 Idr(it is a current price for a room in this place, we didn’t know), of course we were glad for this. It was very cold outside and we just wanted to jump into the hot springs asap. But when we came to the backyard to see the hot springs, there was no water in it. We came to their office. They said that the water would be at 22:00, we waited around 40min, then we came again, but there was no water even at 22:20.nWe came to the office again. The manager (this is not even a manager, just a guy in a dirty t-shirt) now said that there will be water only after 2 hours (that is, at night).nWe didn’t want any conflict and simply asked for a refund, we wanted to change the hotel. The manager came to us and he smelled of alcohol. He said that he would not return us anything.nThe owner of this hotel also came to us, the one who gave us a discount and said about the pools. He was very drunk(we saw him drinking beer at the kitchen). He said that they can return us 100 Idr.nnWe explained our reason: we paid for the hot springs, but in 2 pools there is no water, and in the third there is a bit warm water. We said, if you think it's honest, okay, take our money, we are leaving the place.nThen around 6-8 guys appeared around our room they were aggressive. I swear we talked calmly with them, no any conflict from our side, but they started talking aggressively and loudly.nAs a result, the “manager” turned on the camera of his phone and said - wash the floors in the room and then I will return 50% of your money. Everything was clean in the room, we just put our backpacks inside, and we sat on a chair near the room. Honestly, the room was smelled bad inside.nAs a result: Night. Around us was a group of aggressively-minded guys, they made a video on the phone and shouted - leave the hotel (we have a video proof, which we also shot on the phone). They didn’t return any money. It all happened around 11pm. It was like a bad dream. We had to get on a scooter and go somewhere, and it was very cold outside.nIt was the most terrible experience of my life!nnAlso, if you want to eat in their cafe, take a look to their kitchen and toilet.nI repeat, NEVER, NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!
