Guardian Pharmacy

I wish I could give zero stars! Guardian as a pharmacy is great and has many products. The STAFF at this particular store totally ruin the place. They are RUDE, UNHELPFUL and LOUD. I had to ask someone if everything was okay because there were 5 ladies working there absolutely SCREAMING. Terrible. I wish I was exaggerating. Completed ruined my experience and made me want to run out of there. When I asked them to be quieter they did not respond and only continued. The only way I could get what I needed was to wear headphones playing music otherwise I could not hear myself think. I won’t be back.

Pressured me into buying really expensive herbal medicine, I kind of knew I didn’t need it along with 2 other actual medicines, but they told me my girlfriend would stay sick unless I bought it. Knew something was up, but also thought it was a pharmacy and it would be their job to help people rather than rip them off when they’re sick. Literally the worst experience I’ve had in Bali. Straight up evil.

Been here multiple times to get medicine. Only pro is they have medicine. The service is terrible and they try and up-charge you on every purchase. Their only goal is to have you spend the most amount of money possible.nnI asked for a simple cough and sinus medicine and they tried to sell me something that was 380,000 rupiah. When I said I would like something cheaper they stopped helping me. Horrible, horrible service.

In addition to the drug are advised additives that are not needed from this disease. Cheat.

I was calling to ask if they have some medicine I needed. they are terrible and not helpful at all. what ashame! please put somebody who can communicate better to answer the phone!
