Excellent care for my friend with road rash for a total of about 280idr. Please take the taxi tours of Nusa Penida as the roads are as bad or worse than people say. Hope you don’t visit here but if you need to, they treat 1-5 scooter crashes a day!

I am really disappointed about the service at this hospital, the handling is slow, I went to this hospital where I had to wait for almost 2 hours, time says compare services at Puskesmas 3 Nusa Penida is much better when compared to the service at Pratama Hospital

My friend went there this morning for a quite painful otitis, very professional and pleasant reception of the staff who speaks English well, local clean and pleasant, we paid 70000 idr then ten minutes after the doctor came to seek him for consultation . She spoke very good English too, the cabinet was clean, and the precise diagnosis she gave her a prescription. Most of the drugs were given directly to the hospital without us having to pay anything, the only one missing was found in the pharmacy just across the street. In short a good experience despite our apprehension :-)!
