On September 14, 2020 at 9:38 p.m., the officers on duty were busy playing cellphones on the Facebook application until many people entered without washing their sanitezer hands and checking their body temperature and please follow up. Success.

The service in the drug collection section was very disappointing. I have to wait for about 45 minutes. After I waited quite a while with several other patients, it turned out that the medicine I got was wrong. Again, I have to wait. After 10 minutes there was no confirmation from the officers, I then asked how long I had to wait. One of the officers asked me to be patient for another 15 minutes. After 15 minutes I returned to the officer and it turned out that there was NO medicine. If indeed they had informed me from the beginning that there was no cure and provided alternatives to look elsewhere, I didn't have to waste my time waiting. Hopefully this hospital management can improve itself in terms of communication to patients and become better in the future.
