Splash Waterpark Bali

A good place to go for younger kids as you can see them from nearly anywhere you sit. Pool staff weren’t as attentive as I would've expected. Food was average as too the service. It is incredibly slippery so be careful. We got there a day after it was closed for renovations and there were small concrete rocks all over the pathways and stairways to the slides which hurt when stepped on. Sun beds were larger than usual which was nice.

Great for the kids. Great security and safety throughout. An ideal afternoon with the family. But extremely high prices for food and drinks. They search bags beforehand to prevent you bringing in any snacks or drinks of your own.

Too many hidden costs. Paid $85 USD for 2 adults and 2 children in Jan 2020. Upon arrival at second reception we were told that we would have to put a 200k rupiah tab for each day chair that we wanted. When I showed her our ticket which stated that a day chair was included for each paying adult she said this was extra. Was not happy at all. Seeing that you can't take food or water inside and that the food is so expensive anyway it's not hard for you to fill this tab. You also have to pay for towels and for a locker. Once our details were taken and our credit card we asked to be placed in a area with a lot of shade. We were shown to 2 chairs and told it will get shady. Which it didn't at all. Then we find out that one of the slides are not working due to a broken pump. Not a good start. Staff inside were good and we found them attentive and friendly. Kids had a good time but will not return or recommend. Will go to Waterbom next time.

Definitely perfect for families with younger kids. My kids are 10, 6 and 2. The older ones can go on the slides etc without me but I'm still close enough to watch them while I played with Mr. 2. If you can, bring your own towel as it cost Rp50k to rent one. No outside food allowed. Plenty of daybeds and gazebos. Food are nice too.

Awesome park, but a tad expensive. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves with the kids. Staff were all nice and the park was not busy.
