Overall very good. Starting with the surveying visit. Very professionally done by Thomas, including visiting our new site to check access etc. Before giving a quote.nPaperwork was clear, prompt and queries dealt with quickly. Move team was fast! A little too fast to keep up with in terms of unpacking but they knew what they were doing ! Nothing broken /damaged including a lot of glass. Thank you !

Extremely professional and helpful. There’s a lot of paperwork involved moving to the USA as the Customs there is difficult but the people at Allied helped me through it. The movers were VERY nice, professional and fast. 10 out of 10 experience with this crew. Highly recommended. Thanks, Allied!!

The lead in HKG Mr Ching and his two other crew did an excellent job in packing and loading all our things that needed to be shipped. They were professional, helpful and accommodating in other necessary special requests. They're very hardworking, efficient and fast. Hope all our things get to the destination real soon.

Allied Pickfords is a bait and switch operation. They under quote you initially and then on packing day all the extras come. By this time the client (me and my family) is fully invested and have no other option but to pay the extras or risk having your shipment left behind.nnI do want to make it clear though that the actual movers who physically came to our location to pack where amazing. Extremely efficient and hard working. The two stars are for them. (Would've given them 5 Stars if the review was only for the packing portion of our move)nnIt's the management and the back office which you need to worry about. THEY WILL ALWAYS ADD EXTRAS AT THE LAST MOMENT. We have 3 other family friends who were waiting on our experience to make their final decision on there movers....well let's just say they will pass on Allied Pickfords and you should as well.nnEDIT: Just to let you know, prior to confirming with Allied Pickford we had lower quotes for the same service. Allied Pickford then decided to low ball us and then ramp up the prices once we paid them and our belongings were half packed. Despicable.nnI will update you all once we receive the shipment to let you know how that goes.

We had a very difficult situation which required services that would be professional and provide reliable personal contact. We were very fortunate to find all of this and more with our representative Thomas Esbrat. We hope that at the receiving end of this move everything goes as smoothly.
