service is very lacking. many employees do not have ethics towards patients & patients' families.nnurses are not on standby. they have to shout first and then come out. There is no patient control.

It is natural for patients to be traumatized by the word RSUD, because the service is as good as the forehead. The patient is considered rubbish, asking for an infusion that is not clean is ignored, even asking for hot water is also not given.nIt's not all, just a few people who make the hospital name bad.

Service is not good ..... Especially for medical personnel in my MCH program today I get very unpleasant treatment ....... I want to seek treatment for itching due to drug allergy instead of opening sc scars that are not open on Monday because I just changed on Thursday ... then turned on the patient if the midwife doesn't read and ask the patient what the patient wants ... Not saying sorry but instead we're angry ... Where's the soup and the attitude of a medical person ... This makes the patient traumatized ... the patient should not be underestimatednBesides that, there is a lack of seats to wait in line at the registration counter ... My experience during the control I did not sit but stood around for an hour or so ...
