Overall the services was good and the staff was nice but, it was annoyed because the AC was not good enough. it was barely working but expect the room to be hot throughout the day and got better at night.nnThe taste of the foods need to be upgrade.

This is my first time, to stay over in Novotel Gajahmada. been to others Novotel in another country.nin this pandemic situation,cleanliness protocol are important. And this hotel is one of hotel with good cleanliness. Room was ok, not noisy at all. i was enjoy my staycation in this china town area.

Three nights stay for quarantine at this hotel. The lobby was rather hot I think because the AC were not functioning well with dirty filters.nnOur room also the same it can be seen from the AC ceiling were dirty. The room were quickly cooled down right after the technician guy clean the AC filter.nnThanks to Mr Hero for helping me with my flight schedule.

Stay for a days to follow self isolation rules. Nice view from 20th floor but noise coming through walls probably from next door.nnFood was good with box and big portions.nnPoor things that I have problem with the aircon which taking the temperature more than 20 minutes to get cool and even worst when we sleep during night time.

the room was good but the lift was too slow and AC was not really cold
