They used to be one of the best laundry service in Jakarta, Indonesia but, as time goes by, their service quality are degrading. First I wash my white shirt, but when I pick up, my shirt's hem were dirty because they didn't sealed the bottom of the plastic cloth's cover. They re-do the service, but when I pick up after the second wash, there's another stain on my shirt. That's not enough. They left stain on my suit after the service and the stain me still there. after the second service, the stain from my use are gone, but they still left another stain. The last one are the most made me angrynThey misinformation regarding the price and service.
