Come here on 4 September 2020 at 09.00 to take care of the lost letter. At that time it was quiet because it was still early and Friday.nnThe duty officer is very friendly and informative in answering my needs and directing me to the room where the service I need. Because I came during the new normal condition of COVID-19, a fairly strict health protocol was applied here (even though it was not equipped with a disinfectant booth). The clerk in the lobby is also very friendly and informative.nnThe SPKT officer (the location is on the right after the lobby entrance, there is SPKT written on the door) where I took care of the lost letter was also very friendly and most importantly this service was free of charge (I think WBK and WBBM have been carried out very well at Tj. Priok port police environment). The service process only takes about 5 minutes and the documents needed are only my original ID card (because I only lost my port tapcash. Maybe the documents or evidence needed could be more or the service takes longer if we lose more serious items like motorized vehicles or other important documents). The results of typing on the lost letter are also perfect (without typos) and are thorough.nnI purposely did not document the pictures or location in the Tj. Priok, because I am quite in a hurry and in documenting the location of a government agency it is better if I ask permission first.
