Bad service. My father had shortness of breath at 3 in the morning. Banging the nurse's room was not opened by the door. Finally I asked to go home because I was very disappointed with the service at Mattaher Hospital. I felt uncomfortable leaving my father at RS Mattaher because I felt that my father's life was being threatened by being there. Please help the director of RS Pak Ferry to better coaching his employees and review them again so that the service can be one stop service.

Bad service, 2 nights still in igd for observation reasons, don't think what the family is waiting for? Coma patients are not admitted to ICU but instead are placed in a normal room. The parking system is not transparent, because the computer screen doesn't look dark, I'm surprised to pay for expensive parking, not even an hour of parking has counted for 6 hours of parking.
