Cleanliness is ok, food is ok. Not to amazing. Just good scenery to pangandaran beach east and west from the hotel. Strategic location

I check in with my team for 3 rooms at 12.00 midnight on June 30, 2020 and I get room no 301 but unfortunately the AC is not cold and the water heater is not working and I should waiting the technician to do something before I can use for get shower but the worsed come in the morning we call the breakfast at 07.00 and after 3 time called finally its come at 09.15 they said they we are on que due to no breakfast serve in restaurant because on covid19. Their service is bloody bad.
