Nice size spots to park your RV with hook-ups, grass and your own picnic table convenient location next to the Fairplex.nAround $1250 for monthly space rent and no time limit like many of the state run and county RV parks.

It’s a spot that’s nice if you’re just pulling through to sleep! The showers and bathrooms are great! The dog walk is a nice plus as well! I wouldn’t recommend it for a trip spot. The amenities are really nice but there are lots of full-time tenants, it’s very crowded, and you’re basically in a large parking lot.

Fairplex RV Park (2200 N White Ave) is pretty good place to visit with the exception of not having any Wi-Fi that really works. The signal goes in and out, constant buffering, and sometimes the signal says it's strong but it's still buffering for what seems like forever. The laundry facilities are clean which is great however the price to wash and dry your clothes I feel is rather expensive. If you can deal with those issues then it's a very comfortable place to be.

We came down to Southern Califormia from Reno to visit family. The normal places we stay were booked so we stayed here. Not a very big park and not many amenities but it is convenient.nIt appears the vast majority of people here are permanent residents but the place is clean and tidy and everyone is nicenWe only rated it 3 stars as the spaces are very tight and you literally are an arms length next to your neighbor. We can not put out our awning because it would hit the trailer next to us.
