Great central location, easy walking distance to everything. The Laundry and bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. Kamp canine was small but the grass was well maintained and clean. The newer RV patio sites were very nice. I would not recommend the older dirt sites.nnThere is lots to do from swimming to tubing to soaking in the hot springs. Recommended especially for families.

Been here twice. Both times went really well without any problems or concerns. Grounds are very clean. The location is great since Lava Hot Springs is such a walkable town. Certain seasons are less crowded than others, peak season is definitely summer.

Lava Hot Springs is a must visit! The location of this KOA is perfect - 8 minute walk to the Hot Pools, across the street from the waterslides and around the corner from the grocery store. The sites are well taken care of with shady trees and healthy grass. It is right on the river so watching little ones is important. We enjoyed biking around the campground and walking to ice cream. Will definitely visit again!

This KOA is as close you can get to all the fun in Lava Hot Springs. Easy access to the campsites. Campsites have tables, fire pit, camp grill, fresh water, Ac power, and sewer hook ups. Pricing is decent for the amenities and the staff is friendly. Be sure to plan ahead of time as this is a very busy site and reservations are accepted.

I love this place! Clean, quiet, safe, and great for the family! It is walking distance for everything. Great service.
