Had lovely stay at this campground. Out tent site was a good size and tucked away so we felt it was very private. The kids had a blast doing the scavenger hunt around the park and riding the banana peel bikes. Phoenix was extremely helpful and great with our kids, she really loves her job and you can tell enjoys interacting with all of the people in the campground. Iris was also helpful in answering questions and making reservations. The trail to the beach was great and the beach itself was beautiful, kids and dogs had a blast playing in the water. Dog park was also great to let the dogs run around in. Thank you for a great break from reality!

Good place to put up for the night. Manager was friendly and helpful. Gave us information about a great forest walkabout loop accessible from campground. Interesting display about oyster raising industry..

What a great site. The hosts were kind and helpful, the campsites were large and roomy, and you just can't beat that lovely wooded trail down to the Bay. We arrived on a Thursday and left Sunday, and had a wonderful, quiet weekend. And their homemade pizza are to DIE for. This KOA goes on our favorites list! We camped in a 33' motorhome.

This place was great and we would recommend it. Lots of fun stuff for the kids (rc car track, ice cream parlor, playground, gaga ball, trikes to rent, etc), really friendly hosts, a crazy unique beach (creepy silent oyster bay), well kept, smaller, quiet, clean, with a decent internet connection - especially for RVs with WiFi extenders, MIMOs or boosters. We would come again. The surrounding area doesn't have much going on (nearest town is about 20 minutes away) and the local neighborhood can be a little sketchy at times, but the park itself is a good (get the premo spots with a patio, gas grill, swing, lawn and full hookups with cable), safe place to stop over if you are touring the coast. Glad we found it!

Perfect little KOA with a very friendly and attentive staff. Everything was clean, and in perfect order. We had full hook up. Nice camp store. Quiet and you can walk to the beach!!
