The Birao building was built based on the design of Henri Maclaine port (1885 - 1971) in 1910 in the Netherlands. the trajectory of the tropical sun with the building mass pattern placed extending from east to west.nnOn 10 September 1945, the raising of the Red and White flag was carried out by M.
