When my wife was sick I chose a VVIP class room but the facilities and services I got were very unsatisfactory.n1. The bathroom is dirty, smelly, there has never been a CS cleaning it and finally I cleaned it myself to maintain PHBSn2. Phones connected to the nursery are off. If we need help, we have to call the telephonen3. Communication between peers is lacking so the education given is differentn4. The menu for the patient's diet is only boxed rice, not a menu from the RS NUTRITION team, the delivery method given from the door is very incompatible with the VIP class servicen5. The fridge is dirty.n6. BED for the patient, there is no spey, only oil and no pillown7.
