When my wife was sick I chose a VVIP class room but the facilities and services I got were very unsatisfactory.n1. The bathroom is dirty, smelly, there has never been a CS cleaning it and finally I cleaned it myself to maintain PHBSn2. Phones connected to the nursery are off. If we need help, we have to call the telephonen3. Communication between peers is lacking so the education given is differentn4. The menu for the patient's diet is only boxed rice, not a menu from the RS NUTRITION team, the delivery method given from the door is very incompatible with the VIP class servicen5. The fridge is dirty.n6. BED for the patient, there is no spey, only oil and no pillown7. The doctor obgyn during the visit was rushed so that it did not satisfy the patient and family so that he did not have the opportunity to ask in detail about clinical developmentsnIn conclusion, from all the complaints above, it is hoped that the hospital can improve and deserve to be categorized as the VIVP class, because the lack of PHBS should not cause nosocomiality in patients.

It's better for queuing facilities to prepare a good standard of health protocol. So that patients and visitors feel safe and comfortable.

1-star service and dirty. Rules for removing sandals are ok, but why outside the hospital building if there are still officers who do not obey.
