Alhamdulillah, my child was healed and treated in RSUD, even though the diagnosis of a dangerous disease turned out to be only the tonsils. the child's doctor arrived in the afternoon. waited for half a day not to mention queuing for medicine until 3pm just got home, for good service, decent place.

Want to check the tonsils, instead take blood + X-rays without explaining why & the cost. After the results are inactive, the doctor does not directly check the prescription. You should be seen / asked to open your mouth to see your throat. Forward wearing PPE & table divider barrier. The pulmonary doctor even hastened, the reason for covid, & ordered him to go to ENT.nConfused I'm confused about being a patient, for an unclear examination the bill is Rp. 229,000, the drug was not bought. Very disappointed, every department is indifferent and seems to underestimate the patient
