Inpatient Clinic that does not have laboratory facilities. Nor does it facilitate the patient well to refer to a higher or more adequate facility. Just imagine, patients who are visibly deprived of oxygen (as measured by oxygen saturation devices, obtained below 85) only have nasal canules inserted. The patient has difficulty breathing and the condition of the patient's body has cooled and started to turn blue. The patient's family has requested a referral to a more adequate but complicated facility from the clinic. He said all the hospitals did not accept and the clinic was afraid of being scolded and afraid of being wrong if it kept sending patients. He said must be in the name of personal and bring their own vehicles to be accepted at the hospital emergency room. Without a medical resume given even though the patient has received treatment at this clinic for 3 days. The patient's condition is also almost dying, even if he is asked a complaint, the patient will not be able to answer. The family also cannot explain specifically.
