Well. I really like the good image of this hospital. As my friend's recommendation, the service and handling of the medical staff from this hospital is very satisfying. Hopefully the quality of service is maintained and continues to improve. Couldn't ask for more.

I caught a food poisoning as a tourist and decided to go to the hospital rather sooner than later. I was shown to an Emerging Room with no queue whatsoever (granted, it was 11pm) and the receptionist helped to fill out the forms without any problems. The staff and doctors were very competent and we had no problems with communication. I was injected with various medication, the staff helped to purchase all the medications I would need to take afterwards and I was back in my hotel in less than two hours, most of the time was spent to make sure all is well after immediate treatment.

One of the best hospital in malang, considering this hopsital relatively new hospital compare to the other.

Came in because of pain i couldn’t identify. Got treated right away. Everyone seemed very competent. Price was good, especially for us as Europeans.nHospital had nice interior too.
