Comfy place for massage

This place totally out of control. They can't manage the spa well. Couple issues:n1. Massage session supposed to be very quiet, and calm session, but most of the customers are able to use their cell phone while in session, and no other therapist or manager have a gut to warn them. Expect to have a lot of noise and disturbing massage session.nn2. When you made a schedule don't expect they'll do it correctly. Expect your appointment to be delayed or they even forgot to schedule your appointment. There was one case when I had appointment at 11am, and I had to wait for 30min or more just because the person before me was late, and the next customer (me) got affected for the 1st customer fault, huh? They even had an excused that one of their therapist not coming or something. I don't think that's even a customer problem. It's their problem that can't manage well and they put it on the customer.nnThere was also another day when I came after making appointment couple days ago for empty handed. They forgot to put me on schedule, and all therapist were on session. what the F*$%&#@nnBetter of to go some place else if you didn't want to get disappointed.

The body massage is good. The therapist - Ayu who gave a good massage to me.

Comfy place, not far away from homes. There are enough therapist and there's not often a que. The price are at regular range for massage and spa.
