Martha Tilaar where the customer is never a priority. I can’t express in writing how much I can’t stand Martha Tilaar Day Spa. My first experience was in 2016 in Jakarta. I was so badly bruised from my massage that I was sore for 10 days. The spa’s response was to offer me free massage as compensation. Think about that. Four years later, in another city, I had deal with so many procedures and details I walked out. Stone massage, 2 hours, 485,000 IDR. I only wanted one hour but was willing to pay full price. No can do. It’s 2 hours or nothing they said. There were two of us. The other one was a traditional massage, one hour, 385,000 IDR. So here we are in times of COVID-19, business all over is down and still this place was unwilling to accommodate us. Their loss. We took our 1,000,000 IDR somewhere else. I’ll never go to another Martha Tilaar and this time I mean it.

The best place for spending your time (and money). They have various kind of treatments. The staffs are very polite. It has quiet wide parking space and clean toilets. The front officer always offer various kind of promotions.

The best massage service that you can have around East Surabaya. The place is rather small, and the massage room is climbing up to 3rd floor... But their massager is very well trained.nnThe surrounding is very comprehensive; music, aromatherapy, etc is very tranquil. Try the candle massage, you will really love it. The traditional creambath also very satisfying. As a part of a chain of Martha Tilaar; their products are guaranteed sourced from the high - quality traditional recipe. You won't regret it here.
