Please improve the service of the doctor's assistant, don't be like not responding when there are questions from patients who need information. Besides, also about the queue at the pharmacy for the redemption of drugs, please accelerate, because to only wait and redeem the medicine we need time to queue which is very long 1 hour and can be more than that time.
