My package is from 11/04/2020 until now 17/04/2020 it hasn't arrived, even though I have used super fast service 2 days ago, until now I haven't arrived a week, too, I'm disappointed

My package was delivered on 2/12/19 and until 6/12/18 it had not been sent. Reasons for quarantine documents. But usually the quarantine process is only 1 working day.nI called the officer on the 5th, he said he would be sent to Pontianak for the quarantine process in Pontianak. Ehh ... until when I commented this on 6/12/19 it turned out that my package was still in my post office.nPlease be professional in service ... if this is a deterrent for sending goods from your post.
