Bengkayang District Court was inaugurated on January 21, 2008 by the Chairman of the Supreme Court Prof. Dr. Bagir Manan, SH, MCL. Bengkayang District Court is located at Jalan Guna Baru Trans Rangkang Bengkayang West Kalimantan. Covers the administrative area of ​​Bengkayang Regency.nnBased on Law Number 48 of 2009 concerning Judicial Power, it is stated that the General Court, in this case the Bengkayang District Court, is the executor of power which has the authority to examine, try and decide criminal and civil cases in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations.nnIn addition to carrying out its main duties, the Bengkayang District Court is assigned other duties and authorities based on the law, including being able to provide information, considerations and advice about the law to government agencies in the jurisdiction of the Bengkayang District Court, if requested.nThe giving of information, considerations and advice regarding the law, is excluded in matters relating to a case that is being or will be examined in court.nnCurrently, the Bengkayang District Court has a One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) program with the concept of administering services related to outside court authority.
