** MELAYU RIVER HEALTH CENTER ** Sungai Melayu Health Center, is a Community Health Center located on the edge of the Highway, Dusun Tembelina, Sungai Melayu Village, Sungai Melayu Rayak District, Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan Province, Indonesia. Postal Code: 78874. The working area of ​​Sungai Melayu Health Center covers Sungai Rayak Subdistrict Area, which consists of 11 (eleven) villages, as follows: 1. Sungai Melayu Village, 2. Piansak Village, 3. Beringin Jaya Village, 4. Mekar Village Jaya, 5. Makmur Abadi Village, 6. Sungai Melayu Jaya Village, 7. Jairan Jaya Village, 8. Kepuluk Village, 9. Sungai Melayu Baru Village, 10. Suka Mulia Village, and 11. Karya Mukti Village. In this review, what is meant by the Puskesmas is a health service facility that organizes public health efforts and first-level individual health efforts, with more emphasis on promotive and preventive efforts to improve the highest level of public health in the working area. Health Service Facility is a place that is used to carry out health service efforts, both promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative conducted by the Government, Regional Government and / or Community. Sungai Melayu Health Center as the Technical Implementation Unit of the Health Office (UPT Health Service / UPTD Health) of Ketapang Regency in carrying out their duties functions as: 1. Center for development with health insight, 2. Centers for empowering families, groups, and communities in the health sector, and 3. First-level health service center (primary). Primary health services are divided into two, namely: a. Community health services, and b. Individual health services. In carrying out their duties, the Sungai Melayu Health Center is supported by a network that includes, among others: 1. Supporting Health Centers (Pustu), 2. Village Health Posts (Poskesdes) and or Midwives in the Village. The number of Pustu and Poskesdes in the Sungai Melayu Health Center Work Area is 10 (ten) Pustu units and 6 (six) Poskesdes units plus 2 (two) Midwives in the Village. Each Pustu referred to is as follows: 1. Malayan River Pustu, 2. Piansak Pustu, 3. Beringin Jaya Pustu, 4. Mekar Jaya Pustu, 5. Makmur Abadi Pustu, 6. Malaya Sungai Pustu, 7. Jairan Jaya Pustu , 8. Kepuluk Pustu, 9. Sungai Baru Baru Pustu, and 10. Pustu Karya Mukti. And each Poskesdes is referred to as follows: 1. Poskesdes Sungai Melayu, 2. Poskesdes Piansak, 3. Poskesdes Makmur Abadi, 4. Poskesdes Sungai Melayu Baru, 5. Poskesdes Suka Mulia, 6. Poskesdes Karya Mukti, and 1. Midwife in Jairan Jaya Village, 2. Midwife in Kepuluk Village. The Sungai Melayu Health Center service that can be provided especially in building services is Primary Medical Services (First Level Health Service), which is carried out by professionals consisting of; General Practitioners, Dentists, Pharmacists, and Paramedic and other Non-Medical Personnel. Types of Primary Medical Services, among others: 1. General Medical Services, 2. Dental Medical Services, 3. Excellent Medical Services. To realize Primary Medical Services at the Sungai Melayu Health Center there are Health Service Facilities: 1. Outpatient Unit, 2. Emergency Unit, and 3. Inpatient Unit. Puskesmas Accreditation is an acknowledgment of Puskesmas provided by an independent accreditation provider established by the minister of health, after being assessed that the Puskesmas has met Puskesmas service standards set by the minister of health to continuously improve the quality of Puskesmas services.
