Here there are special monuments for their location that enter the equator. This place is a bit far from the city, for those who travel using an online motorcycle taxi in the form of a car or motorcycle, don't expect to be able to return to the city a lot because it is rather difficult here. Actually, this tourist attraction can not be seen much, it's a bit of a pity even though if developed it might be a spot for tourists, the place is also somewhat poorly maintained.

This monument is an icon of the city of Pontianak. And now it has been transformed into a recreation park for both local and outside tourists. But what is surprising now is that the signboard at the entrance to Khatulistiwa Park has been dismantled and not installed anymore. What is going on?

+Nice monuments and the availability of pretty cheap food (25 000). Is a most go to. Would strongly recommend to also do the short walk near the river and have a snack at the boat in the harbor. Lovely view and friendly staff.nn- Hard to get a grab back to town center. If you are a blonde European. People will want to take thousands of pictures with you.

One of my bucket list checked. I hope the government can pay more attention to this monument area, because there were only a monument, several small restaurant and souvenir shop. I think if they add more attractive amusement like: children play stuffs, live music, instagramable photo spot would attract more tourists
