The Culvert Hotel Resort Kuching

A very good experience to stay in a culvert. The Queen room has very limited space, so it is quite tough to move around. For a standard queen room, you have got to crawl over the bed to go to the toilet. Besides, the toilet and bathroom are in the culvert (next to the bed), so it might cause trouble standing properly for those 175cm and taller. A king suite will be suitable for taller people as it has proper toilet and bathroom (exterior attached toilet and bathroom, not in the culvert). The staffs are friendly and helpful. There are a lot of facilities here like gym, sauna, swimming pool and a library! Do remember to bring along a mosquito repellent as there are a lot of mosquitoes, even in the day. I really enjoyed my stay here. However, the only thing that upset me was a karaoke party by a group of visitors until 11pm. As stated, the quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. I really hope the management could uphold the quiet hours in future, and not to cause any disturbance to other visitors who seek for a peaceful holiday.

It's a great place to chill on budget. Small and cozy perfect for couples and love bird but not for a big family tho. Staffs are friendly. Would recommend to go stay here. Another thing bring mosquito repellent is a must hahaha

Stayed for 1 night with besties. Really loves the environment, the swimming pool, the other facilities and so much more. The staffs are friendly, the breakfast are delicious!! Definitely coming again!

Nice and quiet place. Cos of CMCO most facilities closed, such as pools,gym,library, sauna... but, still can go to clean beach. Like itud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4d
