It's like a ghost town in the day. Still stand with old architecture of Kapitan that give some glimps of old days memory....nothing else can do in the day as most of the shop close. There only bread & confectionary shop, normal grossary shop, small dine in restaurant public toilet were close in the day, so you need to find any open restaurant to meet your nature domestic call...and, 90% are Chinese community.

Tried the fried Kueh tiaw from the shop next to these umbrellas. It was good without the soy sauce. But the frying filled the shop inside with choking smoke. Had no choice but to move to the 5Foot way in order to breathe. Told the young boss he should at least have a standing fan to blow the damn smoke out to the open.
