Not clean, the smell of cigarette smoke is pungent, there is no hot water, no air freshener is given.

Actually 1 star is really good. The gross is really too much. Cockroach like being bred in the room. It's not ideal, even my uncle's chicken coop is cleaner than the inn room there.nI asked 3 times to see the room, one of them I opened a room whose floor was littered with rat droppings. Finally I canceled, even though I can't refund
