Smelly room like cockroach smell, no car parking, breakfast served to room, only a cup of tea, 1 piece of bread, & an egg. Is it really 3-star?

I was surprised that this is rated as a 3 star hotel especially when I have stayed in 2 star hotels that were much better and cheaper. On the upside its location on Ratulangi is close to a few cafes, restaurants, the market and Ambon Plaza. I thought that this hotel was close to the war cemetery but the hotel map was wrong, A bus from the market takes me to the cemetery so no problem there. The breakfast is included but I can only eat an omelete and toast. There is no normal milk for the coffee and the coffee is awful anyway. I would have been better going to Barista Cafe around the corner. The breakfast room has tables and chairs, toilets and a television as well as outdoor balcony area. Unfortunately this is all locked up after breakfast so there is no communal area. Instead at night everyone gathers in the hallway near the lifts, smoking, talking and eating. I booked smoking but got a non smoking room but after protesting got a room with a window so problem solved. The bathroom is open to outside which means you have to shut your bathroom door or the cockroaches will wake you. The room was not always made up either. Not staying here again. Would rather walk or becak to Jl Ratulangi from another hotel.
