Mr Aditya from Mandala lombok tours helped me for all my transportations from and to the airport as well as for scooter rental. He is honest, professional, flexible, friendly and always available through WhatsApp in case of problem. He found me a scooter when none were available, then a second one for my wife, and we could extend the duration of the rental with no issues. I warmly recommend Bambus tour and will use their service again.

THANK FOR ADITYAnMy girlfriend and I booked 2 tours through the Bambus Tours website when we were staying in Kuta Lombok (Beach Tour & Gili Nanggu, Sudak and Kedis Snorkeling Tour). Our driver and guide Shigghit answered very quickly our queries via email and whatsapp. He was always fun but also very professional during these 2 awesome days, had a lot of local knowledge to share with us and was always patient. He also invited us to party with some friends afterwards and finally helped us to find a driver to go back to the airport! We probably couldn't have experienced in a better way the south of Lombok.thankz for mandala lombok tours.
