We didn't have many alternatives so we booked a car with Hendro in spite of having no reviews. The situation got increasingly weird. First of all, this is not really an agency. He insisted on knowing your accommodation to show up with the car. Then a second guy was acting as some kind of employee . No insurance coverage at all. The 'translator' gave his contact, showed his ID and signed the contract as if he was the one in charge. But we were given just a basic paper with basic details as a contract. I had to leave my passport. Then, at the moment of returning the car a third person showed up saying he was the owner of the car. The day after we returned the car I started receiving Whatsapp messages from the owner and from another person who had supposedly rented the car claiming there was something missing in the car, which was not true. Fortunately I had had no problems with the car during the rental period because otherwise the situation could have turned complicated.
