Like this place. They have live band on friday night. The second floor roof top is cozy. Good service. Toilet clean

Kuta is cool place. Nice bar, but owners must be crazy. If you want to sit at a rooftop, eat, etc, you must drink alcohol. They would not let you order juice or smoothie from the same bar downstairs. Stupid rules are above the logic. Good luck...

Nice place and good cocktails, BUT it is not clear that the Milk and the Rooftop are not the same restaurant/bar (same entry and venue, same menu when asking for food, Milk Espreso logo on the terrace, etc.). Hence we ordered cocktails thinking it was happy our time (guys all the bars in Kuta propose happy hour!) and at the end we were surprise when seeing the bill... The waiter explained us at this moment that the Rooftop and the Milk are to separate businesses. Very unclear and disappointing.
