Magnificent room on the beach. Beautiful owner, Richard who is so kind and helpful and who speaks perfect English. The beaches are spectacular and the people the friendliest ever. Lovely staff, great food and cold beers. Toiletries, coffee and tea facilities in the room . Absolutely perfect.

EVERYTHING was PERFECT! The service was perfect, food is amazing and the room was beautiful. Definitely will be back there specially for my honeymoon

The place has a 5-stars review potential given the location right on the beach, the amazing local feel and the nice sumbanese house concept. On the other hand, at the time of visiting (being among the first guests - promo deal), the resort cannot be defined as ready to welcome guests to the required standards and would get 1 star max for the services available. Neither food nor drinks were stocked (even drinking water was missing at some point), the restaurant is not yet furnished (no chairs nor glasses), the breakfast was not even basic (only mie goreng or nasi goreng, no juice or proper black coffee). The staff was kind, but they did not seem trained nor provided with al needed. Also no info available on the location, possible things to do or visit, etc. The addition of a manager for the facility is very much required to improve and start up the business.
