Visited The place for end of year redeem for Telkomsel Point. Found out that this place is totally crowded. The service is great, but the waiting time is just way too long. Hope Telkomsel can make a bigger Grapari, because the dumai area is growing exponentially and their customer has grown at least double in the last couple years, but the size of grapari remains the same.

Just like another grapari. If you dont like to queue, come here by afternoon.
