It was immediately rejected when I wanted to open a new account with the reason that my KTP was not Riau. Previously I opened an independent account in the Tangerang branch with the condition that my ID card and student card (student card as a marker I reside there). KTPs are already electronic and national, but are complicated by making new accounts. Using the employee card (as a marker domiciled as when I used the student card first) was also rejected by the security guard. Though usually banks always accept prospective new customers with pleasure. Is it only Kerinci Branch or just how. Explanation please. Sorry if there is a wrong word. Thank you :)
