Our first oath, the obstetrician's service is very bad. BPJs patients are served indifferently, the doctor is sick in his old age.

Bad service. The security guard is too overbearing, even though you can tell me well, but just keep snapping. VERY IMPOLITIVE. NOT FRIENDLY !!!

Hospital services in delivering BPJS user information is unclear / very bad. The hospital said that patients can only go home if according to the doctor's recommendation, if the patient is a BPJS user and wants to go home without a doctor's recommendation, the BPJS does NOT APPLY but instead switches to the GENERAL which will be charged. & Here the hospital did not notify this information in advance patients entered in anticipation of expenditure. & This is very unpleasant. Clearly the service is very lacking.

Hospital services and employees or nurses are very slow, very unprofessional, very far from good words, all the things that are needed by patients are always served with the word waiting for quite a long time, not suitable to say hospital, just like a clinic.nPLEASE GIVE MORE TRAINING FOR EACH OTHER EMPLOYEES IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO PROVIDE SERVICES FOR PROFESSIONAL UTK EVERY PATIENT
