We asked for a review of our locks which Shane did for no charge and reported that they were all fine. We decided to change one anyway which Shane did very quickly and efficiently including the provision of extra keys. He also explained the nature of the lock in detail and told us how to register it. Very pleased.

Locked myself out. Phoned HalesLocks. Shane was quick to arrive and got the door opened in no time. He had the tools and skills needed to open the door without having to break in. Happy to recommend.

3rd or 4th quote I had, not the cheapest nor most expensive. Shane has great knowledge advises me what to get and why. Came to me while I was working onsite to fit security locks for my van. Job was very clean, completed in a good amount of time. Gave an explanation of use upon completion, advised for aftercare also. Would definitely use again in the future.

Had a replacement lock fitted for my apartment. Professional service and good value. The lock fitted makes the door so much better now. I would recommend and use again in the future.

Shane offered us various advice on types of locks suitable beforehand via WhatsApp so when he visited the correct lock was installed. Great quality service highly recommend.
